About Ultimate Cheer Fusion

Our program provides an opportunity for athletes of all ages and abilities to be challenged in a co-operative, positive, and safe family environment. Fusion athletes have an opportunity to develop social and emotional skills in respect, trust, leadership, commitment, punctuality, responsibility, independence, and teamwork as well as many other valuable life skills. We are excited to grow into our own family, working within the community and look forward to meeting and working with you!!!!

Lets get to know the coaches!!!!

 

Jenna Jelinski  started gymnastics at 9 months old and went on to compete at the age of 6. She made the switch into cheerleading her second year of University where she competed with the University of Regina Cheerleading Team. In 2012 she competed on Team Canada All-girl level 5 at ICU Worlds bringing home the gold, and continued her cheer career in 2014 competing on Team Canada All-Girl level 6 taking 4th place. She came out of retirement in 2017 and competed in China with Alberta Cheer Empire.

Jenna started coaching  gymnastics in 2004 and started coaching cheerleading in 2011. With her background in both gymnastics and cheerleading she is ready to help UCF athletes become a strong force in Alberta's cheerleading community. Jenna's qualifications: 

  • NCCP Level 1

  • ICU levels 1 - 4

  • First Aid

  • Respect in Sport

  • Concussion training

 

Cassandra Jorgensen is another one of our amazing owners/head coach. She started competitive gymnastics when she was 5 and competed for many years. She has been a certified level one gymnastics coach since 1987. While Going to Grassy Lake High School she started, set up, and ran her own club within the school. She also has a lot of experience coaching gymnastics through the Taber Gymnastics Club. Cassandra's qualifications: 

  • ICU Level 1 -3

  • First Aid

  • Respect in Sport

  • Concussion Training

Kenzy Jorgensen has been with UCF since 2015. She competed on our Senior 2 team (Ignite) and has head coached our tiny team (Glimmer) for past 3 years as well as was an assistant coach for Ignite once she aged out of the team. Kenzy is a very hard working, dedicated coach. She spends her free time searching and learning about our sport and creating the best opportunities for her athletes to be successful. Kenzy's quealiications:

  • ICU level 1 - 3

  • First Aid

  • Respect in Sport

  • Concussion Training

Trinity Jorgensen has been apart of cheerleading since 2012. She has competed on our Senior 2 team Ignite for the past 3 seasons. Trinity head coached our Mini team Glow as well as been an assistant coach for our youth level 1 team Blast and youth level 2 team Nitro. Her qualifications are: 

  • ICU level 1 - 3

  • First Aid

  • Respect in Sport

  • Concussion Training

We also Have a Junior Coach Program: 

Lakiya, Keilee, Georgia, Charlee, Kenzy, And Brooke are our Junior Coaches within our Gym.
